                The phrase ” I’m Bored” 

Kids and adults use this phrase a lot in the summer or anytime they are out of school. The article says that “ Life isn’t meant to be an endless amusement.  Parents are trying to teach kids it’s up to you to amuse your self in the right way.

        School is to learn not entertainment

Students come home and tell their parents today was boring. A teachers job is not to entertain it is to educate. The article says kids that are bored in school should try extracurricular activities. In high school kids that are bored get in trouble for phones and doing something other than their work.

   Long car rides

During car rides, kids are always asking this question “Are we there yet?”. They will also start kicking seats and do other things. Then they make the claim I’m bored. Parents are trying to prepare for their kid’s behavior, they use movies, I pads, and other things like toys.

Loneliness is a big problem around the world. In the article it said ” no matter how many friends you have or social contacts you have you can still feel lonely“.  You can be lonely because you don’t have a social relationship with anyone. Loneliness can cause stress it can also affect your physical health.

     How loneliness affects your life? 

Loneliness can affect your life by how many years you live. If you are really lonely you can lose 15 years of your life, it SHORTENS your life by 15 years. Loneliness can cause health problems. In the article” Just as hunger encourages animals to seek food, loneliness forces humans to seek out the protection of the group”. Loneliness causes stress hormones. Loneliness can cause people to use substance abuse: Examples drugs, alcohol, and cigarettes.

How is loneliness dangerous?

First it shortens your life by 15 years. It can cause depression and suicidal thoughts. There are health problems with loneliness. This can mess up your life if you turn to the wrong things besides help. So when you are suffering from loneliness find help from family and friends.
